Who can join the ADNI4 study? Is the study right for me/my family?

The ADNI4 study takes place online and at healthcare sites across the USA and Canada.

We are looking for people who meet specific criteria to join ADNI4. Some participants may be eligible for in-clinic visits so we are looking for people living within 150 miles of an ADNI clinical site. As we are studying brain aging, we are also looking for people between ages 55 and 90. Lastly, they should be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Later, we will be adding support for other languages to the ADNI study.

If you are worried about your memory, you can be in the study. If you have a family history of dementia or Alzheimer’s, you can be in the study. If you have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease by a healthcare provider, you can be in the study. Even if none of this applies to you, you can still be in the study.
