Sometimes this can happen when there is an interruption in your connection. Please press the refresh button ( ) near your browser address bar and continue with the tasks. The address bar is usually found at the top or the bottom of your screen.
Use of a VPN (virtual private network) can cause issues with the Storyteller task. If you are using a VPN, we recommend turning off the VPN while completing your study tasks.
Typically, you can check if your device is using a VPN by going to Settings and searching for “VPN”. Each device and VPN may have different settings. If you need assistance, please contact us by emailing help@adni4.org or calling 888-299-2364.
