This sometimes happens when people are in a place where the internet connection is unstable. You will need stable access to the internet before you can complete Storyteller. This means being on a stable Wi-Fi or dial up internet service, or having good roaming reception. If your internet connection is poor, please try again in a place or on a device where it is more stable. You will be able to use your ADNI study link to access Storyteller again and complete the assessment.
Use of a VPN (virtual private network) can cause issues with the Storyteller task. If you are using a VPN, we recommend turning off the VPN while completing your study tasks.
Typically, you can check if your device is using a VPN by going to Settings and searching for "VPN". Each device and VPN may have different settings. If you need assistance, please contact us by emailing help@adni4.org or calling 888-299-2364.
