There are two application processes depending on what ADNI resources you are looking for:
1) Data* (e.g. imaging, genomic, clinical data, etc.) and
2) Biospecimen* samples (e.g. blood plasma, DNA, brain tissue, etc.)
*All ADNI data and biospecimens are de-identified.
