Things to keep in mind:
- If you received your Tango e-gift card and redeemed a specific vendor but want to change to a different vendor, unfortunately you can’t. Once a Reward Link is redeemed, you are unable to exchange or return gift cards, as stated during the purchase process. This includes changing the currency or region for the gift card in question.
- Please note that the gift card never expires. Also, the gift card is completely transferable, so if you decide you cannot use the card at all, you can forward it to a friend or relative as a gift for them to use.

2. In the email, click on the redemption link. You will be redirected to the Tango Reward Link center.

- Your total reward balance is displayed at the top. This balance can be split up and redeemed for multiple gift cards, across multiple vendors if desired.
3. To redeem, click on the desired vendor(s).
- Note: Gift card vendors may have pre-determined denominations they will distribute or an open ended input field where one can specify the value to put towards the gift card. The value of the gift card will be taken from recipient’s reward balance. A recipient cannot select a value that exceeds their remaining balance.

4. Once you have chosen your e-gift cards, click on “Checkout” if you are done or click on “Add to Cart” if you would like to continue adding more gift cards.
5. On the checkout page, input your first and last name and your email address. After confirming the information, click on “Review & Complete My Order”.
6. Make sure to check the box next to the statement: “I understand that my order is non-refundable and is subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice”
7. Click on “Complete My Order”.
8. You will see an order confirmation next.
9. Your e-gift card will be sent via email confirmation.
- In the email, you can see the Reward Redemption information.
10. Clicking on the redemption link will take you to a page where you can use your e-gift card!
