and click “Make an appointment”
2. Click “Schedule an appointment”
3. Click “Continue as a guest”
4. After entering your real name and address, click the green “Continue” button
5. Click “All Other Tests”, then click the green “Continue” button
6. Click on “Schedule on Sonora website”. This will take you the Sonora Quest website where you can then proceed to make an appointment.
7. Once you are directed to the Sonora Quest website, click the “Patient” button in the red box.
8. Then click on the “Schedule Appointments” button
9. Click on “Select Appointment Type”
10. For your reason for visit, click on the “Routine Labs” option, then click the “Select and Continue” button
11. Then click “Select Appointment Location” shown in red
12. Click on the “Sonora Quest Location” option
13. Then enter your zip code in the box shown in red. After entering your zip code, click the green “Check Availability and Schedule” button
14. Once you are taken to the page to schedule an appointment, select a date and time that works for you. Additional information:
- Information for any nearby Sonora Quest Lab(s) will appear.
- If there is more than one location, they will be sorted by distance.
- On the right side of the screen, you will see an option to sort by soonest-available appointment, switch to a map view, and filter by days and times.
- A limited calendar is shown to the right of each Sonora Quest Laboratory. If you know which location you would like to visit, you may click on “VIEW ALL AVAILABILITY” to view all available appointments.
15. Once you click on a time slot that works for you, click on the green “Confirm” button
16. After you click “Confirm”, you will be taken to this page. Once you are here, click “Continue as Guest” as shown in red
17. Enter your real name and address again
18. Then enter your phone number and email address. After you have entered all of your information, click on the green “Continue as Guest” button
19. Once you have reviewed your Sonora Quest appointment, to confirm, click on the green “Schedule Appointment” button. If you need to edit any details, click on the pencil icon.
20. Congratulations on scheduling your appointment!
